According to the CNN/ORC poll of voter who have watched the debate, Hillary Clinton was the winner of Monday night’s debate without doubt. 62% of voters who tuned in to watch consider that Hillary had a better night, while just 27% support Donald Trump. Also, almost two thirds of the audience agree that Clinton expressed her views more clearly than Trump and had a better understanding of the issues.
However, the gap was smaller on which candidate appeared more sincere and authentic, as they break even on this issue. And the voters do think that Hillary spend more time on attacking her opponent rather than on her own arguments.
