Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter Data Set

The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Data Set includes comprehensive data on all Twitter accounts operated by ambassadors, embassies, and spokespersons of the People’s Republic of China. The data set was originally created by Matt DeButts and is now updated three times per year by the Carter Center. It’s last update was in April, 2021.
